It can be a bit hit and miss but you start to get an eye for things after a while - most of my items went for the basic 99p but I have been surprised by a couple of things - a room thermometer went for £4.20! They make it very easy for you to relist things if they do not sell, and they sometimes scratch your insertion fee if it cost you anything to start with.
